The Manchester show on Monday July 13th was the gig of a lifetime. 3,000 Orange RockCorps volunteers celebrated at Manchester’s Apollo with Lady GaGa, The Enemy, N-Dubz and VV Brown. Tinchy Stryder popped up on stage at the end of N-Dubz’ set for their hit track “Number 1.” Lady GaGa came out on a bejeweled scooter and gave a special shout out to the Body Positive crew, the volunteer project she dropped in on. The night was star-studded, hosted by the hilarious Alex Zane and capped off with amazing production on stage and brilliant energy throughout the Apollo.
Every single participant in last night’s gig gave 4 hours of community service to one of our stellar charity partners to earn a ticket. It was a first for Manchester and we were so excited to celebrate with everyone.
Thank you, Manchester, for a great run. We hope you enjoyed volunteering with Orange RockCorps and that you had a smashing time at the gig!
